I brought my son in for a cut, showed the picture twice turned out horrible. Will not be back!

I showed up to get a hair cut at the gig harbor sportsclips on 9/1/21 at 5 pm (one hour before closing time) there was one stylist sitting on the computer with her head in her hands (doing nothing from what it looked like to me). I asked for a haircut and she said sorry it will put me past my closing time... but there was no one else in there waiting. She could have started my hair before the 2 online registrars showed up but no she blames it on the short staff. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at this place as the people that work there obviously don't like their jobs.

The walk in appointment only system (or lack of system) is really annoying. I get that it makes it easier on their end (no missed appointments) but for a customer, it turns getting a haircut into an unpredictable chore. The online check in is worthless; bad technology, bad idea, Haircut was fine but not worth the hassle. I won't go back based on how hard they make it to get a haircut
