Walked out. I made an online reservation and when I showed up I was the only person in the waiting area, next up on the monitor, and a stylist was just ringing up a client whom she just finished his haircut. The check in system didn't work correctly and when I questioned the stylist at the counter, she was very rude and snippy. I ultimately just sat down without signing in (the tablet thing wouldn't get my correct information I used to create the online reservation). After 5 or 6 minutes of watching the first stylist clean up the area and walk out the back of the studio, I thought this can't be real. Two other clients entered, and the second stylist working at the time had finished the haircut and the client had left the building.....but still no sign of the first stylist. Not a word, not a peep...nothing to say, "I'll be right with you" or anything. To make things worse, the second stylist didn't say a word either and walked to the back of the studio....presuming to find the first stylist. After my 85 minute online wait time, I ended up just walking out the front door. Sorry, you just lost me and my 2 young boys as clients. Horrible customer service/experience.

I could care less about watching some lame sports talk show on the monitors, I could care less about having a hot towel or cold towel on my face for a minute. What I do care about is the quality and price of the haircut. I suggest more focus is put on the haircut, ditch the fluff and bring the price down. I don't want to pay extra for the detritus.

My son usually gets his haircut at this place and generally has a decent experience but yesterday's experience was the worst!!! The stylist had a bad attitude form the very beginning when we showed up with coupon. When I asked to explain the difference in prices she looked annoyed. After the haircut I asked if she could put a bit of gel on his hair to make it look better, and she literally put a little bit. When paying she refused to acknowledge the "rewards card" by punching the visit. I did not want to leave a tip after the substandard service but ti guess he system forces to add a tip when paying with a card. We will not be going back to this establishment...
